Customer information is used to respond to booking inquiries, confirm event details, evaluate availability, and follow up about requested rentals.

Inquiry forms may collect contact details, event date, event city, event type, guest count, interested rentals, budget range, message details, source URL, referrer URL, and UTM fields when present.

Do not submit payment card details through the booking form. Payment, deposit, and contract processes must be confirmed through approved booking channels.
